Lambs raised on pasture. This includes all cuts, you receive the whole lamb. Ground, Leg, Roast, Chops, offal, osso-buco, spare ribs, etc.

Reception Date: August-September
Butchery: Once your lamb is at the butchery, you will be informed to contact them to make your choices of cuts and products. Butchering and processing fees are extra and will be indicated on your invoice.
Pickup: You will be informed when you can come to the Farm to retrieve your order.
