Simplified Purchasing Process
1. Choose your animal : Select from our beef, baby beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey.
2. Place your order : Reserve online by paying a deposit.
3. Wait for slaughter : Once the animal is ready, we will contact you to finalize the details of the cuts.
4. Collect your meats : They will be ready to be enjoyed, vacuum-packed for optimal preservation.
Additional charges
Slaughter and cutting costs range from $1.35 to $1.50/pound per carcass.
Price per book
• Baby Beef : $5.95/pound + cutting and slaughtering fees. Average weight: 350 to 450 pounds per carcass.
• Pork : $3.25/pound + cutting and slaughtering costs. Average weight: 200 pounds per carcass.
• Lamb : $9.50/lb + cutting and slaughtering fees. Average weight: 40 lbs per carcass.
• Chicken : $4.50/pound , fees included. Average weight: 6 to 10 pounds per carcass.
• Turkey : $4.50/pound , fees included. Average weight: 12 to 25 pounds per carcass.
