Deposit :

• A $50 deposit is required upon reservation.

Price :

• $9.50/lb (carcass) .
• Additional charges for slaughtering, cutting, custom cutting, vacuum packaging, freezing and cutting (approximately $130/lamb ).

• Complete cuts: ground, leg, roast, chops, offal, osso-buco, ribs and more, according to your preferences.

• Our lambs are raised on pasture, outdoors all summer, where they benefit from:
  • Sunshine , gentle breezes and fresh, green hay .
• 100% natural food: only grass and hay , without feed, hormones, antibiotics or chemicals.

Availability:

• Expected receipt date: September .
• You will be informed of availability to contact the butcher and customize your cuts.

Reception :

• Once your order is ready, a tracking email will be sent to you.
• Collection from the farm within a usual period of three weeks following the slaughter date.
